What happened at Taunton State Hospital?
In 1975, the main part of the hospital was closed and abandoned. In 1999, the large dome towering over the hospital’s administration building collapsed. Then, on the night of March 19, 2006, a massive fire broke out in the center of the building, which included the administration and theater.
