Use Delve to manage your Microsoft 365 profile, and to discover and organize the information that’s likely to be most interesting to you right now – across Microsoft 365. Delve never changes any permissions, so you’ll only see documents that you already have access to.
Where does delve information come from?
The content in Delve comes from different content sources such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive. If users don’t have any recently modified or viewed content in these content sources, and they don’t have access to other users’ content, Delve may have little or no content to show.

Yes, your documents are safe. Delve never changes any permissions. Only you can see your private documents in Delve. Also, other people can’t see your private activities, such as what documents you’ve read, what emails you’ve sent and received, or what Teams conversations you’ve been in.
How do you find a delve?
Find people and information by using search Start typing in the search box to find people, documents, or boards. Search in Delve is personalized. Even before you start typing in the search box, you may see a list of suggestions based on your previous activity.
