Is distance LLB Recognised by Bar Council of India?
Because Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession)does not recognize any distance education degree for LLB. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree.in simple word you can’t become lawyer doing LLB through distance or correspondence mode.
