Why have I been changed from eon to eon next?
Why am I getting an E. ON Next account? To help us move towards a more sustainable future, all of our home energy and small-to-medium business energy customers are getting an E. ON Next account, which should take about two to three weeks to set up.
What happens if you don’t pay EON bill?
If you don’t pay your bill or keep to your payment arrangement we’ll insist that you have a prepayment meter fitted, where it’s safe and appropriate to do so. If you don’t agree to this, we’ll apply for a magistrate’s Warrant of Entry to install a prepayment meter or disconnect your energy supply.
