Where is Centrecom based?
Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Melbourne. This excludes public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock, it will reflect in your account’s order details page.
How long does shipping take from Centrecom?
We aim to ship all accepted orders, where products are in stock, as soon as possible. Items will normally be dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been received in full and stock is available.
Does Centrecom do click and collect?
All stores are available for CONTACTLESS CLICK AND COLLECT – Place your orders online and await your collection confirmation email! We aim to process all Click and Collect orders within 2 hours for stocked items.
How do I cancel my Centrecom order?
Order cancellations are to be advised by email to [email protected] ONLY, please allow 48 hours (Excluding non working days) for email processing and cancelling.

Centre Com understands the disappointment of seeing a product you recently purchased at a cheaper price, or a newer model released, however it is not economically feasible for Centre Com to offer any kind of pricing guarantee in such cases. We simply offer the best price we can on the day of purchase.
