How do I clean the filter on my Gtech handheld?
Hold the Multi K9s bin over a rubbish bin and release the latch to empty the dirt. A gentle tap will help. Remove the filter and tap off the excess debris each time you empty the bin.
Can you wash the filters in a Gtech?
Wash the filter under a tap. Squeeze out any excess water then let it dry completely before reinserting into the AirRam. Recommended water temp 40ºC do not use detergent. Never put bin back without filter inside.
Why is my Gtech not picking up?
If you are vacuuming and notice that some dirt or debris is not being picked up then you should begin by checking and emptying the sweeper’s dust tray to ensure it is not overflowing. If the dust tray is empty and the pick-up performance hasn’t improved, turn the sweeper off and inspect it for any signs of damage.
How do you clean fine dust filters?
Insert the crevice tool into the bottom part of the metal dust filter (dustbin filter) and turn counter clockwise to remove. Rinse the metal dust filter under running water to clean. After washing the mesh filter, make sure you shake off any excess water to aid drying.
Why is my Gtech battery flashing red?
When fully charged all4 LEDs will be green. They reduce as the power pack is used. When the last LED is flashing red it will soon need charging.
