Refunds within 24 hours of the booking and more than 7 days before the journey may be refunded in full. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and currency used. Should you wish we may issue the refund in the form of a travel voucher to be used to purchase a future journey on TAP.
How long do tap refunds take?
