Can I close my mouth with Plus White whitening Gel?
With cotton swab: apply the bleaching gel onto a cotton swab and dab onto the entire surface of each tooth you wish to whiten. With a mouth tray: fill mouth tray as shown in side panel illustration. Gently place tray over teeth and close mouth. Follow directions included with your preferred mouth tray.

Does plus white make teeth sensitive?
Some people may have teeth that are sensitive to peroxide. Your teeth may start to ache during the whitening procedure, and you may feel discomfort when drinking or eating hot or cold products. This potential side effect of teeth whitening is usually short-term, and goes away with time.
Does plus white expire?
Teeth whitening gel can expire and it should not be used past the expiration date. The problem is that the chemicals will not be effective after the expiration date, meaning it is of no use to you. Gel typically expires 12 months after purchase, though some gels may lack an expiration date on them.
Should whitening gel foam?
It will start working as soon as it makes contact with your tooth surface. The gel will foam slightly, penetrate and evaporate.
