After being canceled a year ago because of the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s tournament is set for April 1-4 — the week before the Masters — at TPC San Antonio’s Oaks Course. Bexar County Commissioners Court paved the way for the tournament by recently granting officials a mass gathering permit.
