1. Reach as fast as you can the level to do this mission Strike While the Iron is Hot (alliance) or this Strike While the Iron is Hot (horde)
2. Get one Outpost Building Assembly Notes.
3. Go in Stormshield/ Warspear (in Ashran) and get Lunarfall Inn, Level 2, learn it and build it.

Where is the portal to Draenor?

To get to Draenor, you can pick up the quest The Dark Portal from the Hero’s Call Board in Stormwind or the Warchief’s Command Board in Orgrimmar. If this quest is not available, travel to the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands and speak with Khadgar to start the quest.
