Are dash mats worth it?
Dash mats are worth buying. They are easy to install and use. They are safe to stick on your dashboard and will not ruin it. If you ever want to remove the dash cover, simply peel it off.

- Clean the Back of Your Dashmat. We will be sticking the hook and loop onto the dashmat, so make sure this area is clean and free of dust.
- Clean Your Dash.
- Stick the Hook and Loop Together.
- Stick the Hook and Loop to the Dash.
- Peel the Top of the Hook and Loop.
Do dash covers affect airbags?
We now know dash covers do not inhibit air bag deployment with or without cutouts. The Airbag will deploy whether or not there is a cutout.
Does Dashmat reduce heat?
A specifically designed dash mat will absorb a lot of that heat and reduce the air temperature in the car. The dashboard in your car is not designed to sustain the UV rays and heat of the Australian sun. With the simple protection of a dash mat you can keep your interior looking better longer.
Why do people put carpet on dashboards?
