What is Virosil used for?

How do you make Virosil solution?
Prepare 20% v/v Virosil solution (Hydrogen peroxide with Silver nitrate) by diluting 400 ml of Virosil in 1600 ml of purified water for 2 liters of solution or equivalent (validated fumigation solution).

Is fogging and fumigation same?
