Is the Porta Nuova in Verona still under wraps?

During our visit in June 2019 the Porta Nuova was completely under wraps as it was undergoing renovations. The wrap does show some detail of the gate underneath but mostly it is adverts. A pity but gives an excuse to return to Verona one day. Unfortunately under renovation so I could not see much.
