What is Nomex 111a?
Nomex® IIIA interlock knitting fabric is a blend by 93% Nomex® 5% of Kevlar® and 2% P-140. DuPont™ NOMEX® IIIA is an inherently flame-resistant, high-temperature resistant fiber which does not melt and drip from fire. 5% Kevlar provides additional strength and structural integrity when exposed to heat and flame.
