What is dermacyn?

Dermacyn® WoundCare is a super-oxidized solution intended for use in the debridement, irrigation and moistening of acute and chronic wounds, ulcers, cuts, abrasions and burns. Through reducing the microbial load and assisting in creating a moist environment, it enables the body to perform its own healing process.

Is MicrocynAH safe?

How do you use dermacyn wounds?

Spray Dermacyn® WoundCare Solution directly to the affected area. For bigger wound, place gauze which is soaked with Dermacyn® WoundCare Solution on affected area for about 10 minutes. For better healing, then spray Dermacyn® WoundCare Hydrogel directly onto the affected area if available.

How long does it take MicrocynAH to work?

Easy to use and after her eyes looking nasty for about five days in three days of using her eye looked 90% better and she stopped trying to continuously scratch it herself. After two weeks of using her eye is 100% back to normal. Wish I would of taken pics before and after. You would be amazed!

What is Microdacyn used for?

For the treatment of Chronic Wounds (including pressure, diabetic, venous) and acute wounds including burns. Microdacyn acts to: Control and prevent infection, including biofilm and bacterial spores, superbugs (incl MRSA) & viruses. Control inflammation.

What is normal saline dressing?

What is super oxidized water?

A super-oxidized solution (SOS), also known as anolyte solution and oxidative potential water, is an electrochemically processed solution made from water and sodium chloride (NaCl). They may be used during wound care. They are available under a few brand names including Microcyn and Microdacyn.
