What is CS exam?
The exam is conducted on a national-level. There are overall four Company Secretary programs, which the candidates can pursue to be a secretary of a company, namely, Foundation Programme, Executive Programme, Professional Programme, and Management Training.
Is company secretary a degree?
The qualification of a company secretary will now be considered as equivalent to a post graduate degree, with the University Grants Commission giving the requisite approval. Thanking the UGC, ICSI President Nagendra D Rao said the recognition will open up another world of opportunities for company secretaries.

Can we do CS with BCom?

Can I do CS after 10th?
New Delhi: Students will now be able to provisionally register to the foundation course of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) after Class 10 exams. ICSI conducts the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) for admission into the executive programme.
Is there any entrance exam for CS?
CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is the qualifying entrance test for registration to the CS Executive programme. CSEET is conducted for students seeking admission to Company Secretaryship Course. To be a part of Company Secretary course, every student must go through the CSEET exam.
