New Zealand’s largest running event is back for its 49th year. Tens of thousands of people are expected to take part in Round the Bays on the Auckland waterfront on February 28. The 8.4km fun run goes from downtown’s Quay St to St Heliers Bay.

Where is the course? Our course is an 8.4km flat course from Auckland CBD to St Heliers Bay. The start is located on Quay Street and continues along the city’s picturesque coastline to a spectacular finish at St Heliers Bay.

Can I bring my dog to Round the Bays? Unfortunately dogs are not allowed to participate on event day due to it being a health and safety concern with over 13,000 people participating.
