Residential Plazas. Located in three different areas within the residential community, the residential plazas house over 5,600 undergraduates and include De Neve Plaza, Hedrick Summit, Rieber Terrace, Rieber Vista and Sunset Village. Most rooms in the plaza buildings will be shared by three students, but some rooms will have two occupants. Double and triple occupancy rooms are configured to either have a private bath for the room, or a shared bath between two rooms.
