Should I size up in Hoka Clifton?
With regards to sizing, I still recommend ordering a 1/2 size up. I wear a size 11.5 in Brooks and Saucony and wore an 11.5 in the Clifton 7. I prefer running in these for daily training and tempo runs while I usually wear the Saucony Hurricane ISO for long runs.
What is the Hoka Clifton 7 GOOD FOR?
It’s lightweight, well-cushioned and long-lasting. It’s an amazing daily trainer, long run shoe, marathon running shoe and recovery shoe. If I had to choose one thing that it does best, I’d say it’s a solid daily trainer. But really, it’s incredibly versatile.
