Manufacturing ceased in 1999 in Baltimore, as operations were consolidated at a Lenox plant in Smithfield, Rhode Island and later to New Jersey. Today the name survives as a brand of Lifetime Brands Inc., as Lifetime bought Kirk-Stieff and other silver brands from Lenox in July 2007.
