Is Battersea zoo dog friendly?
Only Registered Assistance Dogs are allowed in the zoo. All dogs must wear their harness/uniform and be on a short lead where applicable. For the welfare of our Capuchin Monkeys dogs are not permitted to walk through our monkey area. Please ensure your dog does not upset other visitors or our animals.

Are there swings in Battersea Park?
The Toddler Play Area in Battersea Park Playground The wooden train is the most popular feature in the toddler play area. The big feature in this area is the wooden colourful (static) train , perfect for role playing. Here you’ll also find traditional play equipment like swings and slides.

Travelling by car. If you are coming by car there are several “pay & display” car parks within the park, the closest one to the zoo entrance is located by Chelsea Gate. The zoo is not in the congestion zone.
