With 9 different lodges, choose an option to fit your family’s budget. Lodge rooms start at $79/night and can hold up to 6 people. They vary from hotel style rooms with a private bathroom & queen beds to bunk bed rooms (sleep 6) with private bathrooms. All come with linens & towels, but do not have cooking facilities.

Our dog LOVED the new dog park at Snow Mountain Ranch. Dogs are welcome almost everywhere on the property. Our furry family member joined us in our cabin, at archery, at the zip line, on the waterfall hike and on the paths and the parks.

Estes Park is a five-ten minute drive and the entrance to RMNP is about the same. It would not take you long to get to a great trailhead in the park or to go to town for dinner or entertainment. Snow Mountain Ranch is a quieter place and if you are looking for that, it is wonderful.

It’s part of the YMCA of the Rockies but they have a separate website that allow you to book your ride. Got to say that the wagon ride was bumpy. It takes you up with a gorgeous view, the you get to roast marshmallow and drink some hot chocolate. My daughter had fun. You can take pics with the horses.
