What is Socarplus?
SOCAR+ personal driver will drive you to multiple stops, wait for you, deliver and pick-up for you, and manage your SOCAR booking. SOCAR+ takes out the hassle in hailing and waiting, with extra help on your journeys. You can book a personal driver for family members who need extra care and attention too!
How much does Socar cost?
At the moment, SOCAR charges RM0. 25 per KM for additional mileage. For easy reference, 100KM of extra mileage costs RM25. For daily bookings on SOCAR, you’ll still be charged maximum of 12 hours per day.
Which is cheaper Socar or GoCar?
Much like the other car-sharing app, GoCar and SOCAR also provide brand-new car fleets for their car-sharing services. SOCAR charges RM8 per hour for its cheapest model, a Perodua Axia, while GoCar charges RM14. 90 per hour for its cheapest model, the Nissan Almera.
Does Socar include fuel?
This is because your fuel usage is covered by SOCAR. Yes, a SOCAR rental includes petrol as well. An hour of booking includes 30km worth of mileage. Do note that you’ll need to return the car with at least 50% of fuel or you could be penalised RM100.
How does Socar work in Malaysia?

Mileage Package is a prepaid mileage option for you to purchase when you make your booking. This comes in handy for your long journey, you can plan ahead and select the option that suits your whole journey. Mileage purchased from the mileage package will be added to your booking.
