- Range:
- Colour Change: Colourless to Blue.
- Fill tube with sample to the 10mL line.
- Add one Phosphate No 1 tablet, crush and mix to dissolve.
- Add one Phosphate No 2 tablet, crush and mix to dissolve.
- Stand for 10 minutes.
- Take Photometer reading.
