How do I get ironworks set?
Ironworks Armor can be purchased from Auriana with Allagan Tomestones of Poetics. They can be upgraded into Augmented Ironworks Armor with Carbontwine except Ironworks Magitek Shield, which requires Carboncoat, at Drake in North Shroud (29.9, 19.2).
How do you upgrade augmented Ironworks gear?
Go to North Shroud, head to the northeast corner of the zone, and talk to Drake to exchange the upgrade item and the Ironworks gear piece for the Augmented piece. Note that you cannot turn in an equipped weapon – you’ll have to either change to a different weapon or a different class.
How do I get Carbontwine?
Players can obtain Carbontwine by completing the weekly repeatable quest The Gift of the Archmagus from Koh Rabntah in Mor Dhona (x21,y8). The quest requires the player to complete Labyrinth of the Ancients, Syrcus Tower and The World of Darkness.

Ironworks gear is the gear available post-max level in ARR. (Post-50) To get it, you buy it with Tomestones of Poetics, which you get from doing your daily roulettes and level 50 content. (If you haven’t finished the MSQ yet, you will see the tomestones later.)

How do I access Ironworks vendor?
The vendor can be found in the Gold Saucer, on the west side of the building. You’ll find it in the Entrance Square area, on the lower levels. You’ll be able to notice them stand out against the other characters, as they’re going to be the ones in the iconic Ironworks outfit.
