Does White Rain hairspray have alcohol in it?
The only hairspray I will use! I like White Rain Hairspray, specifically because it has a low content of alcohol in it. Most hairsprays have way too much alcohol in them and they hurt my scalp, because I have neuropathy of the scalp. This is the only hairspray I can use comfortably and still get a great hold.
