At Adorama, we want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases, both new and used! That’s why we let you return most used equipment within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked! Plus, we usually don’t charge a restocking fee.

For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.
What does open box mean adorama?
What Are Open Box Items? Since an item can be marked as “Open Box” for many different reasons (i.e., returned without original packaging, writing on the original packaging, or manuals, packaging and items opened and tested) they may not include all accessories, manuals or original packaging.
Does adorama sell returned items as new?
We do not sell used items as new, but if a unit was returned absolutely and completely unopened – eg because 2 were ordered in error, then yes, the chances are we would. Opened items, however, are sold as ‘open box’.
