Your annual pass is valid for free entry to all Delaware State Park properties that charge a vehicle entry fee. Exceptions are the Brandywine Zoo at Wilmington State Parks and the ferry to Fort Delaware State Park. At Fenwick State Line Beach, the annual pass grants free entry, but a parking fee is charged.

How much does it cost to park at Cape Henlopen?
The park was clearly marked and practically right across the street. Cape Henlopen Park welcomed me with their beautiful bike paths, breathtaking views and clean roads. For out of state visitors, the fee was $10, which I was able to pay with my debit card at the machine on the way in.
What is a Golden Hoosier Permit?
A Hoosier Golden Passport provides unlimited admission to all Indiana State owned parks, recreation areas, reservoirs, and forests on an annual basis. It is NOT valid for historic sites, museums, memorials and other Department of Natural Resource (DNR) facilities. The pass is good for one calendar year.
